[Product Overview]
This product provides one The X Subscription Team Member Seat for one month through a workspace invitation. The assigned seat tier—Premium, Super, or Ultra—is determined by the product title.
The buyer will receive an invitation at the provided email address and join a seller-managed team workspace. This product does not include ownership of the workspace or Owner/Admin permissions unless explicitly stated by the seller.

Premium Team Seat
Includes shared access to eligible Grok and Cursor services.
Provides 4× the included usage of the Plus plan.
Includes Grok Bot, eligible latest Grok models, video generation, Cursor Cloud Agents and automations, code hosting, and AI code reviews.
Supported third-party models may be available but are charged separately.
Super Team Seat
Includes all Premium Team Seat benefits.
Provides 15× the included usage of the Plus plan.
Includes priority model access during peak periods.
Ultra Team Seat
Includes all Super Team Seat benefits.
Provides 50× the included usage of the Plus plan.
Includes the earliest eligible access to new products and models.
[Team Invitation Process]
After payment, provide an eligible email address through the Z2U order page.
The seller will send a team workspace invitation to the provided email address.
The buyer must accept the invitation and join the workspace.
The buyer does not need to provide an account password for this delivery method.
The seller must keep the assigned seat active for the full one-month service period and must not remove or downgrade the seat before the promised expiration date.
[Team Seat Notice]
The delivered workspace role is normally Member, not Owner or Admin.
Workspace features, permissions, privacy settings, available models, and spending controls may be managed by the workspace Owner or Admin.
Each paid seat receives its own eligible weekly first-party usage allowance. The allowance is not shared between team members.
Additional Usage credits and the team’s prepaid balance are not included unless explicitly promised by the seller.
If the seller removes the buyer from the workspace, the Team Seat benefits will end immediately.
[Additional Usage and X Benefits]
Included first-party AI usage is shared across eligible Grok, Grok Bot, and Cursor services for the assigned seat and normally refreshes weekly.
Third-party models in Cursor, including eligible GPT or Claude models, are not included in the standard allowance and require separately funded usage credit.
Grok API access does not include free API usage credit.
Eligible X benefits require the buyer to connect their own personal X account.
The seller must not require access to or retain control of the buyer’s personal X account.

Z2U protection covers the following promised elements:
The Team Member Seat tier stated in the product title;
Successful invitation to the buyer’s provided email address;
One full month of active seat access;
The seller’s explicitly promised features and service conditions.
Workspace ownership, Owner/Admin permissions, additional usage credits, third-party model usage, promotional benefits, and features restricted by administrator settings are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in the seller’s offer.
