Feel confident each time you transact at Z2U. Z2UProtectionensures that sellers will complete your order as described.

1. Z2UProtection will cover a buyer's purchase when:

- Buyer did not receive their order.

- Item received by the buyer does not match product description.

2. Z2UProtection does not cover the following:

- Buyers have verified and confirmed the receipt of the order.

- Buyer's remorse. (For example: After the seller ships the goods, the buyer says he doesn't want them anymore for personal reasons.)

- Buying the wrong product due to personal reasons. (For example, the seller has a clear product description pointing to the applicable type, but the buyer did not read the instructions carefully and found that it could not be used after delivery.)

- Transactions made outside of Z2U Marketplace.

- Any amendment or punishment by Game Developer / Game Publisher after the delivery successfully conducted.
-
The after-sales service that has been closed by the buyer, and any related further issues.

3. Z2UProtection does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to pursue legal actions and permanently suspend a buyer's account for filing fraudulent claims.

4. Buyers must only confirm the receipt of your order after you have verified the item received is as described in the product listing and in working condition. Confirming the receipt of your order indicate that you are satisfied with your purchase and agree to release the payment to the seller.

5. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the purchased Goods and/or Services if no claim, issues and/or complaints is raised or made by the relevant Buyer to Z2U within seventy two (72) hours upon delivery of the purchased Goods and/or Services. Due to the special nature of virtual items/game services (cannot return or cancel services), refunds will not be given for orders which its payment has been released to the seller.

6. All Sale Contracts are strictly made between the relevant Seller and the relevant Buyer to the full and absolute exclusion of Z2U and Z2U does not provide any after sale services. Z2U may, but shall not be obliged to, assist the Buyer or the Seller in the event that any dispute arises after the conclusion of any Sale Contract.

7. In the event of a trading dispute, buyers have 72 hours to respond to our request for information by providing evidence for validation. We will deem the issue resolved and close the dispute if buyer fails to do so within the stipulated time frame.

8. Z2U does not cover payment disputes or bank chargebacks and related responsibilities. If this happens, Z2U must stop the platform-part investigation and wait for the payment partner/bank to make a decision. The Z2U after-sales team may for the sake of assistance (but is not obliged to) ask the user to provide complaint materials for defense. During the waiting period for the dispute/chargeback result, no request including refund will be accepted.

9. Before purchasing services such as top-ups, boosting, or other services that require the buyer to provide the seller with game account credentials (e.g., account ID, password, verification codes) for fulfillment, please read carefully and be fully aware of the following: Sharing game account information with a third party inherently carries high security risks. The Terms of Service (ToS) of most game operators prohibit third-party logins, which may result in consequences such as account bans or the loss of virtual assets. You shall bear all related risks solely on your own.

Z2U acts solely as a third-party transaction matchmaking platform. The platform does not directly provide top-up or power-leveling services, nor can it monitor in real-time or intervene in the seller's actual in-game operations. Any issues arising from your voluntary disclosure of account information to the seller—including but not limited to account theft, loss of virtual assets, account bans, or data anomalies—shall be the sole legal responsibility of the transacting parties. The platform assumes no joint and several liability for compensation.

To maintain the trading order of the platform, if a buyer can provide complete and valid evidence, the platform may offer mediation assistance for transaction disputes and, depending on the circumstances, initiate a fund recovery process against the involved seller. Such assistance typically involves canceling the order and refunding the transaction amount for that specific order, regardless of whether the order status is marked as completed. The outcome of the recovery process depends on the seller's available fund reserves and level of cooperation; therefore, the platform cannot guarantee that the recovery will be invariably successful. The maximum limit of the platform's mediation assistance is strictly capped at the actual transaction amount of the order in question. The platform will not provide any additional compensation for the derivative value of the account or the loss of any other virtual assets within the account.

Upon completion of the order delivery, please immediately change your game account password, update your security questions, and refresh your account security settings. Under no circumstances should you disclose your linked registration email password, bank card details, or other core personal financial information to any third party.

10. Z2UProtection is not a product warranty, Z2U platform solely serves as an intermediary for information provision and coordination. The platform assumes no responsibility for any account losses (including bans, warnings, currency recalls, etc.) resulting from detection or penalties imposed by the game's official authorities. Such risks are entirely borne by the transacting parties themselves.
