How do I manage my profile?

To ensure a safe and seamless shopping experience on Z2U, please complete your profile and contact details.

Follow the steps below to set up or update your information:

1. Access your profile settings

Click your nickname in the top navigation bar, or select  Settings › Account Settings in the left-hand menu to view and edit your Z2U profile.

2. Complete your personal details

On the Account Settings page, you can upload or change your avatar, and update your email address, phone number, and billing address.

3. Link additional accounts

Z2U currently supports linking Google, Facebook, and Steam accounts. It can help you increase your credibility and facilitate communication with other users and the Z2U support team.

After making changes, click Save to ensure your information is updated and applied to future transactions.

Keeping your details accurate and up-to-date helps you complete payments, deliveries, and after-sales communications quickly. We recommend reviewing your profile regularly.
