RULES:

3. Actions That May Lead to a Telegram Account Ban
• Logging in from frequently changing IP addresses
• Logging in from different countries within a short period
• Sending bulk messages (spam)
• Creating an excessive number of accounts on a single device
• Operating multiple suspicious accounts on the same network
• Using bots or automation systems to send messages
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or creating fake accounts
