His attacks are often parryable, and you can use an arquebus to break his armor. Dodge when you see his red glow.

Titan-Albrecht Chase Sequence

After the fight, Albrecht transforms into a Titan. You cannot defeat it here; your only objective is to escape. Run quickly through the caverns, using all your traversal skills. This Titan is fast, so do not stop. Keep running, jump and climb efficiently, and have Yasuke smash through crystal walls.
