Maintenance Notice - Payment system upgrading

To all Z2U users and Sellers:

Thanks for your support and trust.

We are sorry to tell you that the payment system on Z2U marketplace will be in maintenance from 2019-12-21 16:00 GMT+8. 

The maintenance will take a few days, orders received before the maintenance doesn't affect by this upgrading, sellers can handle it as usual.

For customers, you might not be able to pay new orders, also, the refund request will be suspended during the maintenance.

For sellers, the maintenance will cause you unable to receive new orders and unable to request for withdrawal.

All the applications of refund and withdrawal will be processed after this maintenance.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and trouble.
