Seller Reminder
1 - Using the account for the Robot section is not recommended (so avoid ordering dedicated servers), the account is suitable for use in the console section (cloud servers).
2 - The account is fully verified, but you must comply with Hetzner rules, and usage must be fair and friendly.
3 - Avoid building expensive servers with 16 GB and 32 GB RAM in the first month
4 - Try not to spend more than 20 euros on services in the first month
5 - Avoid deleting emails, editing emails, or adding emails
6 - The user should not change the email password, account password, and other security settings for 2 weeks after receiving the account, after 2 weeks you are allowed to do so.
7 - To prevent Gmail sensitivity, use email on mobile and in the main Gmail application.
8 - Avoid changing the Hetzner account registration details.
9 - The user must use a separate browser and IP to log in to the account.
10 - The user must not use the account via a mobile browser.
11 - The user should not create a server more than 3 times in 24 hours and more than 10 times in per 7 days.
12 - The user must not receive abuse due to improper use
13 - The user must not send a request via email or ticket in the first month to increase the capacity of creating servers or opening ports.
14 - The account has 40 euros of credit that is automatically withdrawn from them to pay invoices, the user must not change the registered bank information in the first month.
15 - The responsibility for proper maintenance and correct use of the account after delivery lies with the consumer/buyer, but if in the future Hetzner Company requests identification documents from the user, we will provide the user with the documents used at the time of registration, but the follow-up and correspondence with Hetzner Company are the responsibility of the user.
16 - Important: If in the future or at any time, Hetzner requests additional verification from the user, the seller will not be held responsible.
Important: Placing an order means that you have fully read and accepted the above terms and conditions. If any of the above is not observed, the seller will not be held responsible and the consequences will be borne by the consumer. Therefore, place your order only if you accept the conditions.
Also, if all points are observed, if a problem occurs during the warranty period, the user must report it immediately, then we will fix it or give him/her a replacement account (only once).
