PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS is bringing the world of Jujutsu Kaisen to the battlegrounds in a major new collaboration. Officially announced on September 7, 2026, the PUBG x Jujutsu Kaisen crossover goes far beyond a simple collection of character costumes. Players can expect themed locations, an interactive Satoru Gojo feature, Progressive weapon skins, Special Crafting, a dedicated Crafter Pass, Step Up Packs, and several limited-time events. For players looking to jump into the action with a different game account, Z2U also provides a marketplace where you can Buy PUBG Account offers from various sellers. The collaboration begins on PC after live server maintenance on September 10, while console players can join the event starting September 17.
The collaboration has different availability periods depending on the feature. PC players get access first, followed by console players one week later.
| Content | PC | Console |
|---|---|---|
| Main Collaboration Begins | September 10 after maintenance | September 17 after maintenance |
| Jujutsu Kaisen Cargo | Until October 14, 00:00 UTC | Until October 22, 00:00 UTC |
| Special Crafting | Until October 19, 00:00 UTC | Until October 27, 00:00 UTC |
| Crafter Pass | Until October 8, 00:00 UTC | Until October 15, 00:00 UTC |
| Main Collaboration Mission Event | Until September 24, 02:00 UTC | Until October 1, 02:00 UTC |
Players should pay close attention to these deadlines because Jujutsu Kaisen Tokens, Cargo Tickets, and some vouchers have expiration dates and cannot be exchanged or refunded after they expire.
The Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration adds a special interactive feature to the starting islands on all PUBG maps, giving players something new to experience before the match begins. The themed world content is available in Normal Match, Ranked, and Casual Mode.
Jujutsu Kaisen Boxes appear on the starting islands of all maps. These special collaboration boxes serve as the centerpiece of the pre-match interaction.
Each player receives 20 Mysterious Orbs after entering the starting island. The Orbs are provided specifically for interacting with the Jujutsu Kaisen Box.
Players can throw the Mysterious Orbs directly at the Jujutsu Kaisen Box. The box reacts based on the total number of successful hits it receives.
The box opens after being hit 20 times. Once this requirement is reached, the box opens and reveals a statue of Satoru Gojo.
Gojo's Domain Expansion: Infinite Void is then activated around the statue. The effect applies within a set radius surrounding the Satoru Gojo statue.
Infinite Void remains active for 15 seconds before fading away. This makes the collaboration feature a temporary pre-match visual and interactive event rather than a permanent effect during the entire match.
The feature is not limited to Erangel. Unlike the Jujutsu Kaisen Warehouses, which are specifically added to Erangel, the Starting Island interaction featuring the Jujutsu Kaisen Box, Satoru Gojo statue, and Infinite Void is available across all maps.
This Starting Island feature turns one of Satoru Gojo's signature abilities into an interactive PUBG collaboration event, allowing players to trigger Domain Expansion: Infinite Void together before boarding the airplane and entering the battleground.
Erangel receives additional changes through special Jujutsu Kaisen Warehouses.
Some existing warehouses are transformed into themed spaces, while additional warehouses are placed in new locations. Inside, players can find:
Life-size character standees
Jujutsu Kaisen photo spots
Special vending machines
Boost and healing items obtained from those vending machines
Erangel's billboards will also display Jujutsu Kaisen designs. Meanwhile, Care Packages and the transport airplane receive themed appearances across all maps.
Weapon collectors have plenty to chase during the collaboration, with Ryomen Sukuna - Beryl M762 serving as one of the headline Progressive weapon skins. The weapon can reach Level 10, gradually adding cosmetic and presentation features.
| Level | Upgrade |
|---|---|
| 1 | Basic Skin Appearance |
| 2 | Headshot Kill Battle Stat |
| 3 | Inspect Weapon Animation |
| 4 | Magazine / Grip Skin |
| 5 | Intermediate Skin Appearance |
| 6 | Killfeed Skin |
| 7 | Muzzle / Scope Skin |
| 8 | Deathbox Skin |
| 9 | Advanced Skin Appearance |
| 10 | Kill Effect |
The associated Ryomen Sukuna Contraband Crates can only be opened using G-Coin or Ryomen Sukuna Vouchers.PUBG also notes an unusual gameplay consideration for the Advanced Skin Appearance: when aiming down sights without a scope attached, part of the weapon skin can obstruct the player's view.
The collaboration also introduces two Progressive weapon skins through Special Crafting: the Satoru Gojo - M24 and Megumi Fushiguro - VSS. Both can be upgraded through the Hideout after acquisition.
The Satoru Gojo - M24 can be upgraded to Level 10, unlocking:
Lv. 1: Basic Skin Appearance
Lv. 2: Headshot Kill Battle Stat
Lv. 3: Inspect Weapon Animation
Lv. 4: Magazine / Muzzle / Stock Skin
Lv. 5: Intermediate Skin Appearance
Lv. 6: Killfeed Skin
Lv. 7: Scope Skin
Lv. 8: Deathbox Skin
Lv. 9: Advanced Skin Appearance
Lv. 10: Kill Effect
The Megumi Fushiguro - VSS has a shorter six-level progression:
Lv. 1: Basic Skin Appearance
Lv. 2: Magazine / Stock Skin
Lv. 3: Headshot Kill Battle Stat
Lv. 4: Inspect Weapon Animation
Lv. 5: Killfeed Skin
Lv. 6: Intermediate Skin Appearance
Both weapons require 2,000 Jujutsu Kaisen Tokens each through Special Crafting, with the Gojo M24 offering the more extensive progression path and additional high-level cosmetic effects.

The Workshop is another major part of the crossover. Players can open Jujutsu Kaisen Cargo using Cargo Tickets or G-Coin for a chance to receive collaboration items.Jujutsu Kaisen Tokens can then be spent through Special Crafting on specific rewards.
Some of the most important options include:
| Special Crafting Item | Tokens Required |
|---|---|
| Megumi Fushiguro - VSS | 2,000 |
| Satoru Gojo - M24 | 2,000 |
| Yuji Itadori Set | 1,500 |
| Megumi Fushiguro Set | 1,500 |
| Nobara Kugisaki Set | 1,500 |

Opening Jujutsu Kaisen Cargo in the Supply Bay not only gives players a chance to obtain collaboration items, but also unlocks additional rewards based on the total number of Cargo opened. Players can also purchase Jujutsu Kaisen Cargo Tickets from the Store for 10,000 BP each, with a maximum of 50 tickets per account.
The crossover introduces a dedicated Crafter Pass: Jujutsu Kaisen. The Basic Pack is listed at $11.99, while a Jujutsu Kaisen Rush Pack costs 3,300 G-Coin and includes seven Cargo Tickets, 400 Jujutsu Kaisen Tokens, 10 levels, and a Jujutsu Kaisen Logo Nameplate.
The pass has a maximum level of 70. Players can earn Pass XP through:

The XP requirement gradually increases after Level 40.PUBG also states that certain probability-based collaboration products, including the Crafter Pass and Rush Pack, are unavailable for purchase in Belgium and the Netherlands due to local legal regulations.
Suguru Geto receives his own Step Up collection rather than appearing only as a standard costume.
The four stages progressively introduce more items:

Players who do not want to focus exclusively on the Store or Workshop still have limited-time missions to complete.
The main collaboration event asks players to interact with the new crossover content by completing objectives such as:
Entering the lobby
Hitting a Jujutsu Kaisen Box five times with Mysterious Orbs
Entering a Jujutsu Kaisen Warehouse
Using Jujutsu Kaisen Vending Machines three times
Using Jujutsu Kaisen Vending Machines 10 times
Completing the available missions can provide a Supply Loot Cache, 20 Contraband Coupons, and two Jujutsu Kaisen Cargo Tickets.
The Collector is aimed at players who obtain several of the collaboration's premium weapon skins.
Its missions require players to equip:
Megumi Fushiguro - VSS
Satoru Gojo - M24
Suguru Geto - Pan
Ryomen Sukuna - Beryl M762
Completing the requirements awards the Subway Station reward.
The Ryomen Sukuna Draw Challenge is one of the more demanding events in the PUBG x Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration, focusing entirely on the new Sukuna-themed Contraband Crates.
Mission: Open a total of 200 Ryomen Sukuna Contraband Crates during the event period.
Reward: Completing the mission grants the Ryomen Sukuna - Beryl M762 Progressive weapon skin.
How to open the crates: Ryomen Sukuna Contraband Crates can only be opened using G-Coin or Ryomen Sukuna Vouchers.
PC event period: September 10, after live server maintenance, to October 14, 2026 at 00:00 UTC.
Console event period: September 17, after live server maintenance, to October 22, 2026 at 00:00 UTC.
Important: Only crates opened during the event period count toward the 200-crate mission requirement.
The reward is the same Ryomen Sukuna - Beryl M762 featured in the Hideout, a Progressive skin with a maximum level of 10 and upgrades including Battle Stat tracking, an Inspect Weapon Animation, attachment skins, a Deathbox Skin, and a Level 10 Kill Effect.
The PUBG x Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration is one of the game's biggest crossover events yet, combining iconic anime characters with interactive gameplay, collectible Progressive skins, and rewarding limited-time events. Whether you're chasing Gojo's M24, Sukuna's Beryl, or exclusive character sets, there is plenty to collect throughout the crossover. Players looking to expand their inventory can also explore Cheap PUBG Items on Z2U while preparing for their next match. Make sure to complete the event missions and claim your rewards before the collaboration ends.
