Z2U Limited-Time Order Processing Fee Promotion Rules

For the eligible games, product categories, promotional rates, and promotion period, please refer to the information displayed on the product listing page, platform announcements, or internal messages.

1. Promotion Eligibility

1.1 The limited-time Order Processing Fee promotion applies only to the specific combination of game and product category designated by Z2U. Games, categories, or listings that are not included in the promotion are not eligible for the promotional rate.

1.2 Eligible listings published before the promotion starts, as well as eligible listings published during the promotion period, will automatically participate. Sellers do not need to relist their products or register separately.

1.3 Sellers must list their products under the correct game and product category and comply with Z2U’s product listing rules.

2. Promotional Rate and Fee Calculation

2.1 Eligibility for the promotional Order Processing Fee rate is determined by the time when the order payment is successfully completed.

• Orders successfully paid before the promotion starts will be charged at the applicable Order Processing Fee rate.

• Orders successfully paid during the promotion period will be charged at the promotional Order Processing Fee rate.

• Orders paid during the promotion but completed after the promotion ends will continue to use the promotional rate locked at the time of payment.

• Orders successfully paid after the promotion ends will automatically return to the Order Processing Fee rate applicable to the category at that time.

2.2 After the promotion ends, eligible listings do not need to be republished. Promotional labels and related notices will stop being displayed.

2.3 The promotion applies only to the Order Processing Fee. Withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees, payment processing fees, and other applicable charges are not included.

3. Product Classification and Violations

3.1 Misclassified, prohibited, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise ineligible listings will not qualify for the promotional Order Processing Fee rate.

3.2 Sellers must not obtain the promotional rate through misclassification, order splitting, fraudulent transactions, or other improper methods.

3.3 If a listing or seller does not meet the promotion requirements or improperly obtains the promotional rate, Z2U reserves the right to revoke promotional eligibility, remove the relevant listings, and recover any undercharged Order Processing Fees. Further action may be taken in accordance with Z2U platform rules.

4. Promotion Changes and Termination

4.1 Z2U may adjust the following based on campaign performance, market changes, system adjustments, risk control requirements, or other operational needs:

• Eligible games;

• Eligible product categories;

• Promotional Order Processing Fee rates;

• Promotion start and end times;

• Seller eligibility;

• Other promotion-related rules.

4.2 Z2U may also suspend, extend, or terminate the promotion early when necessary.

4.3 Relevant changes will be communicated through the product listing page, platform announcements, internal messages, or other appropriate channels. Sellers are responsible for reviewing relevant notices published by the platform in a timely manner.

4.4 Except in cases involving violations, fraud, system errors, or improper use of the promotion, changes to the promotion rules will generally not affect orders that were successfully paid and had their Order Processing Fee rate locked before the change.

5. Acceptance and Interpretation

5.1 By publishing or continuing to sell eligible listings, sellers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these promotion rules.

5.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, Z2U reserves the final right to interpret and handle matters relating to promotion eligibility, product classification, Order Processing Fee calculation, abnormal orders, promotion changes, and any other matters connected with this promotion.
