Both rewards are distributed through in-game mail.Players who reached Hunter Level 11 before the update can also receive 56,000 Praise Jam through Bagel Supplies. Although Bagel Supplies is listed as permanent, players should still claim the attached mail before it expires. The Circle Gifts login event provides another important free reward. Players who log in for a total of seven days during Version 1.3 can earn 10 Solid Dice. This is a cumulative login reward rather than an immediate ten-pull on the first day.
Zankou is the first new limited S-Class character in Version 1.3. Her “Alluring Shadows” Limited Board runs from August 19 after maintenance until September 9 at 05:59 (UTC+8).
The board also features the A-Class characters Mint, Edgar, and Adler. Its associated Alluring Perks system offers several cosmetic rewards, including:
The “Scarlet Sash” glider livery
The “Sandy Mirage” Sirocco vehicle livery
Zankou's “Autumn Vignette” outfit
Milestone rewards at 50, 120, and 200 cumulative rolls
Some of these rewards can appear randomly before a player reaches the corresponding milestone. Players who reach the required number of rolls can claim them directly from the Alluring Perks page.Zankou is described on the official NTE website as a dangerous Esper wielding a Cursed Blade. She is Inanna’s adopted daughter and bodyguard, as well as one of The Scarlet Letter’s most feared assassins. Her Esper Ability, the Eye of Delusion, allows her to sense emotions, influence minds, and create powerful illusions. Her limited S-Class Arc, Ravenous Blade, is available during the same period through the Spellbound Special Arc Research Program. Players must spend Tri-Keys or Spellbound Keys to participate.Version 1.3 also adds Zankou Bond quests, a combat tutorial, passenger-seat interactions, and a new Home Time Invitation. The Invitation requires players to own Zankou and reach the necessary Bond Level.
Nanally returns through “The Ichi-daime” Limited Board during the first phase. Her board runs from August 19 to September 9 and features the same three A-Class characters: Mint, Edgar, and Adler.
Nanally’s returning cosmetic rewards include:
“Underboss-of-the-Underboss” glider livery
“Tiger Incoming!” M1000 livery
“Phoenix Kick” outfit
Her limited S-Class Arc, Ready-Ready, returns through the Tiger Special Arc Research Program.
All Limited Boards share the same S-Class pity counter, Points Gift progress, and Board Modification progress. Skin Perks are calculated separately for each board, although progress carries over when a board with the same name returns.
The second banner phase begins on September 9 and lasts until September 30 at 05:59 (UTC+8). It introduces Linko as the second new limited S-Class character of Version 1.3.
The confirmed Phase Two lineup is:
“Surfing All Channels!” featuring Linko
“Misty Tipsy Style” featuring returning character Hotori
Chorus Special Arc Research Program for Linko
Bright Moon Special Arc Research Program for Hotori
Linko is part of the complete Version 1.3 lineup, but she is not available on the update’s first day. Her banner begins only after Zankou’s first-phase board ends. This schedule was presented in the official Version 1.3 preview program.

Version 1.3 adds a new main story episode called “Fogden Game.” To unlock it, players must first complete the episode “Fighting with a Dragon.”The story once again focuses on The Scarlet Letter and its latest plan. Characters excluded from a mysterious guest list form an alliance driven by different goals: saving others, passing judgment, and seeking revenge. Madam T remains a central target as the conflict develops. The update also introduces Fogden as a new Location Anomaly connected to the story. It should not be confused with Duskmoor, which is a permanent expansion of Hethereau’s open world.
Duskmoor brings a large natural area to Hethereau, including the Starfall Bay Resort and the open waters of Tearlake. The district supports the update’s summer theme and provides space for driving, water activities, exploration, and new commissions.
Six new Duskmoor Anomaly Commissions have been added:
Twin Blooms
Lantern Parade
Storybook Skirmish
Finale: Da Capo
Fawn Alone
Sunken Door
Four new Race Challenge routes—Night Raptor, Chapter Nova, First Sense, and Silver Crown—also arrive with the update.
Stillmeadow House is the major new property in Version 1.3. It costs 6,900,000 Fons and requires City Tycoon Level 13. Unlike a purely decorative home, Stillmeadow House allows players to grow crops. Those crops can be sold for Fons by spending City Stamina. The new Sirocco vehicle can be purchased permanently from the TerraX dealership for 4,000,000 Fons. The update also adds Tide, a watercraft that can be summoned in ocean and lake areas. However, Tide is not a free event vehicle. It is one of the major rewards in the “Lucent Tides” Mystery Box event, which runs from August 19 at 17:00 until September 30 at 05:59.
There are 15 Mystery Boxes in total, and the opening cost increases with each box. Opening all 15 unlocks every item in the reward pool, including:
Tide watercraft
Nanally's “Sunny Surf” outfit
Mint's “Saltwater Taffy” outfit
Esper Zero's “Cloudless Summer” outfit
“Endless Summer” avatar frame
Fabricated Dice and upgrade materials
The complete version preview also revealed Yesteryear, a two-person bicycle expected during the second half of Version 1.3.

Version 1.3 makes several useful changes outside its limited events:
Outfit Rotation can automatically equip a random owned outfit when logging in or changing scenes.
Pink Paws Heist now has a minimap.
City Delivery supports Auto-Drive.
Photo Mode can be used while driving or swimming.
PC players can press F7 to hide the interface.
An aim-assist toggle has been added under Control settings.
Anomaly Furniture Effects now has a Claim All button.
Character, Arc, Console, and Module upgrading has been streamlined.
999 Nights allows up to 50 pieces of gear to be recycled at once.
The Witch’s House level cap has increased to 15.
Character rendering and several visual effects have been improved.
Going, Going, Gone! also receives seasonal Profit and Wealth leaderboards, venue conditions, quick-chat options, 20 new collectibles, and improved collectible spawning. Volley Star, Going, Going, Gone!, and Shadow-n-Seek have also been integrated into Hethereau Hobbies, although Shadow-n-Seek now consumes City Stamina.
Rising from the Moonlit Fog combines story progression with a substantial open-world and lifestyle expansion. Zankou and Linko are the headline characters, but Duskmoor, Fogden, Tide, Stillmeadow House, beach volleyball, water racing, and permanent city activities make Version 1.3 much broader than a typical character-focused update.Players should pay close attention to the two-phase banner schedule, complete the seven-day login event, and reserve enough Fons if they want both Sirocco and Stillmeadow House. For those who need extra resources to prepare for upcoming banners and limited-time content, choosing a Cheap Neverness To Everness Top Up can be a convenient way to add Fons without interrupting their Version 1.3 plans. With activities continuing through September 30, Version 1.3 gives players more than a month to explore its new district, events, challenges, and summer rewards.
