How do I create and manage listing?

Before creating a product listing, you need to thoroughly read and understand Z2U's selling rules and tips on prohibiting illegal activities in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Our merchant service team will review the products on the platform from time to time. If any content violates the rules, the products will be removed and the sellers will be given warnings and penalties.

Create listing (Separately):

1. Click on your name in the menu. Select "Offers" and then to "Create new offer".

2. Search for the products and categories you want to sell on the create list page.

3. To avoid fraud, sellers who have not completed identity authentication (also known as individual sellers) are only allowed to list 2 product information. When identity authentication is completed, you will automatically be granted permission to create more lists.

Some products may need to be re-verified by the platform or pay a security deposit to start selling. You can see relevant tips on the listing page (as pictured).

4.  Currently, no more than 1,000 pieces of product listings are allowed to be listed for non-currency products. The system will remove the duplicated listings once detected.

Create listing (Batch):

1. To start batch uploading, you should download the template on the create list page.

2. Fill in the product content according to the template content. (Please fill in the form strictly according to the template, otherwise, it may cause uploading problems.) 

3. Upload the form to Z2U to complete batch uploading.

Manage listing:

1. Click on the "Offers" tab and go to "Active Offers". Then select the game listing you want to manage.

2. Once you are in the Manage Listing page, you will be able to deactivate, delete, extend and edit the info of your listing, such as description, delivery method, price, available stock etc.
